Rules and Regulations During the Lease:

Smoking/Substances: The tenant shall not use, grow, smoke, or vape tobacco, cannabis, or any illegal substance inside the unit, in common areas, or on the property, nor shall the tenant allow anyone else to do so.
Short-term Rentals & Subletting: Airbnb or similar short-term rentals are strictly prohibited and will be considered a breach of the lease. The tenant is not permitted to sublet or assign the lease without written permission from the owner.
End of Lease:
Condition of Premises: At the end of the term, the unit must be returned in the same condition as when it was first rented, including all included appliances and the condition of the flooring, with the exception of normal wear and tear.
Showings & Access: If the lease is not renewed, the tenants must honor all showing requests for prospective tenants, provided a 48-hour notice is given. The same notice applies to showings for potential buyers should the property be listed for sale during the lease term.
